To fully control your thoughts and keep your brain activity positive, all you need to do is to focus on the data being fed to your mind. Self-talk and affirmations can play a pivotal role in transforming the results of your processes in your favor. All you need to do is to have absolute clarity and an unwavering belief in the very fact that you are good enough to accomplish anything and everything. You just need to inspire your own self and enable your brain to push the limits. Short and encouraging phrases can be of immense help in tricking your mind into believing that you are a super-giant who can easily conquer anything. Encouraging yourself for your accomplishments gives you a sense of confidence and makes your body and brain function accordingly.

On the other hand, if you are constantly scolding and cursing yourself, the negativity will prevail, and the law of attraction will work against you.

Similarly, positive affirmations like “I am” will significantly alter the results of your processes. Just tell yourself that “I am good enough to win this” and see how your body and mind feel. Contrast it with a statement that “I will be good enough to win this” or “I was good enough to win this” and see the impact. The following set of activities must be followed for better results and transformational experience.

  • Make a list of your accomplishments in the recent months and appreciate yourself for the achievements daily, preferably during the early hours of the day, as it will set a positive tone for the day.
  • Whatever your target or goal is, just write it down on a piece of paper with the following affirmation “I am accomplishing _____” and take a good look at the piece daily.
  • Appreciate and reward yourself generously for even the tiniest of your achievements.
